Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations and Methods

Kenda Bicycle Tires currently offers shipping services exclusively within the continental United States and the District of Columbia. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, PO, APO, DPO, and FPO addresses, or any international destinations. All orders are shipped using FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery.

2. Calculating Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process. To determine the shipping charges for your order, simply add the desired items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page and choose the appropriate shipping method. You will receive confirmation of shipment once your order has been dispatched, complete with tracking information for your convenience.

3. Order Processing

Upon order submission, all orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. The order status will be changed to “Pending shipment” until the order is packaged and shipped. We do not process orders on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on national US holidays. Orders submitted after 12:00pm EST will be processed the following business day. Credit Cards are only charged once a shipping label is created for your order. If your card was declined, your order has not been processed, and you will likely see a hold for the funds from your bank or Credit Card Company which should fall off in 1-2 business days depending on the policies of the financial institution which issued the account.

4. Lost Packages

In the unlikely event that you believe your package has been lost, please follow these steps:

Begin by verifying the status of your package. You can easily do this by checking your order history on your shop.kendatire.com account, where you will find the associated tracking number.
If the tracking status indicates "delivered," but you suspect theft, we recommend contacting your local law enforcement authorities. Please note that Kenda is not responsible for stolen items or packages once they have been delivered to your property.
If your package has not been delivered and you suspect it is lost, promptly get in touch with FedEx to initiate a claim.
