grip, grip, and more grip

I've been riding 26x2.35 OG Nevegals for years, but needed just a slightly slightly narrower tire for frame clearance, and the Regolith comes in a 2.2. The Regolith tread looks to be a little more direction than the original Nevagal, but has similar grip over wet roots.

Regolith TR 29x2.6

I replaced a Kenda Booster Pro 29*2.6 to increase the front grip on my MTB. I have found that the grip is increased over the Booster when the soil is loose or there is sand or gravel. On hard-packed trails the Regolith with it's taller knobs slide more than the Booster. I was surprised that even though the Regolith is heavier and has taller wider spaced knobs, I still felt like they roll very well.

This is the second set of this specific tire. The tries are light , Roll fast, were very easy to seat. I live in AZ desert where most trails are very rock and dry. The regolith works very well for me in these conditions. Just came back from a high country mountain trip and the regolith worked great in wet loose loam. Great tires and great price with fast shipping. Now get some 27.5x2.8 Regolith 120TPI Pros in stock for my hardtail race bike
