Excellent customer service. I have purchased these tires before from another vendor so I knew that I liked them. Ordering through Kenda was a pleasure. There was some confusion with my order on my part and I double ordered. Sam Jones. Contacted me via email to see if I really wanted two sets of tires.This is the first online company that I've ever dealt with that contacted me to make sure that the orders were correct. Purchasing these tires was very easy and took no time at all. I gave a 5/5 rating because of how effortless it was to purchase the Kwick Trax tires. I think that the shipping took an extra day because of Memorial Day weekend but that's not a problem. Looking forward to purchasing from here again.
