Order # 16393 - Kwick Nine 29x2.20 (56-622) 212235 May 14, 2023 Reviewer: Raymond Denalli from Orlando, FL United States   What follows is the request I sent May 8th to customer support using the Contact Us page on the website - "Some help please. Received order 16393 a new Kwick Nine 29x2.20 (56-622) 212235. Great. I have Kenda Kwick Nines on my Cannondale and need a new one. My current pair lists on sidewall 30 - 80 psi. I checked the specs on your website and was satisfied to see the tire I want is supposed to have the same specs  - up to 80 psi. Upon unpacking I find this tire has a max psi of 50. I doubled checked the website and my order. I didn't order the wrong tire. The tire which your website lists as max 80 psi is instead max 50 psi. 50 is not acceptable. I expected an 80 psi tire. How do we fix this? Thank you." I have yet to receive a reply. I ride with some groups in the area as well as individuals. Every chance I get where appropriate I mention the so far terrible experience I've had - erroneous data on the website, no reponse to a problem, So, do you really value my satisfaction?
