Smooth roll with good grip

Saw good reviews about the Alluvium and was super happy with the results so far. For every day rides in normal conditions (not muddy), I found these tires to roll fast but still give me confidents in the turns. In addition, these were one of the easiest tires to install!

Love these Tires

Absolutely fantastic tires overall for gravel rides and even rough road rides. Used them in > 7 full waffle BWRs with no flats and fantastic performance in so many conditions. Used the 40mm size tires and the cornering with these is amazing. They feel plush and supple but strong when it matters.

Good tire in limited situations

Fast tires that rolls very well. File tread keeps thing moving along on hard pack and fine gravel. Corner knobs hook up reasonably well. This tires is best suited for flat riding and mixed surfaces. For hilly and or mountainous terrain where descending and braking control are important this tire does fall short. Braking at speed on downhill sections is quite poor, there just isn’t enough tread to dig into the dirt when braking under pressure. Makes for a great mixed terrain tire on mainly flatter rides.

Awesome Tire!

Great rolling speed, good enough traction in the wild gravel corners, went over some crazy terrain and no punctures. Used these for a 100 mile race in the eastern plains of the Sierra Mountains and they preformed fantastic. Highly recommend.

Went away from Kenda tires

Tried Gravel King tires. Averaging a flat every 40 miles. Quickly cann m e back to Kenda tires, better flat protection. Better tires, so far no flats!
