Good deal April 24, 2021 Reviewer: John Park from Warren, RI United States   At first I had difficulty with reaching customer service but I guess it was due to an IT issue. Excellent Quality Tire January 3, 2021 Reviewer: A GARCIA from PUEBLO WEST, CO United States   I installed these on my wife's Trek Verve 2 Disc (2021), after endless flat tires with the originals that came on the bike. The installation went fine, even with heavy-duty inner tubes. I purchased size 700-45C to replace the original tires of the same size. The original tires measured an actual 45mm width, whereas these Kwick Journey measure just under 40 mm. Minor issue as far as my wife is concerned, as she rides 99% on hard surface.
