Order Processing and Shipping
Order Processing
 

Upon order submission, all orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hrs. Status will be changed to “Pending shipment” until the order is packaged and shipped. We do not process orders on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on national US holidays. Orders submitted after 4:00pm EST will be processed the following business day.

Credit Cards are only charged once a shipping label is created for your order. If your card was declined, your order has not processed, and you will likely see a hold for the funds from your bank or Credit Card Company. This should fall off in a couple of business days. If it doesn’t, I recommend contacting you financial institution for further assistance.

Shipping
 

All orders are shipped FedEx Ground ONLY to all continental United States and the District of Columbia in the United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, or to any other countries, at this time. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Be sure to check for free shipping promotions! You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information will be provided.

If you have not received your order after the status changes to SHIPPED, check with the shipper (FedEx) to confirm that your packages were delivered. If you are missing product, double check your order and receipt to ensure all items were ordered. Contact customer service here (Contact Us) for further assistance. If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Order Cancellation
  If after submission you would like to cancel your order, please email bicycle@kendausa.com and a customer service representative will assess order status and contact you with status and expectations. We work to process orders as quickly as we can, so if your order has been processed and is in transit, we will work with you to initiate a return on your order.
