26x2.35, DTC, KSCT. Rear wheel of a dual suspension AM bike. Typical trails have loose over hard and clay surfaces, extremes of dry and wet seasons, with a lot of roots and rocks. Thanks Kenda for continuing to support 26" wheels! I recently switched to using the Nevegal X for my rear tire after primarily using WTBs, the original Nevegal, and Minion DHF. I liked the braking "bite" of Minions, but did not like their unsettling slip/squirm in mid-lean cornering and very expensive price. I liked the predictable cornering of the original Nevegal, but they were slow rolling and lacked grip in the wet. So far, the Nevegal X has been exactly what I was looking for: fast rolling, strong bite during braking, predictable cornering at all angles, and excellent traction. I cannot speak for the longevity or durability yet but I've had great results with this casing and compound on other tires. My rear tire of choice for the foreseeable future.
